We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Associate to join our Smart Sohay team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right products or services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing capability, and the ability to work towards sales and acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Introduce and explain products or services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain positive relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales will be considered an advantage.
  • Running university students with suitable availability are encouraged to apply.
